For those of you who don't have your budget and don't know how to look at and manage cash flow, this is for you! This is a working workshop so come prepared to role up your sleeves and work.

When attending the Basic Budget Workshop come prepared to roll your sleeves up and get it done! By the end of the workshop, you will have a completed budget for your law firm for the next 12 to 18 months.
